• Precise location data (GPS) — collected only if you grant permission. When you capture photos for work, they may be geotagged so the photo can be tied to a jobsite, and that location is visible to your employer. You may deny location access and still use the app, including uploading photos.

2.3 Information We Do Not Collect

We do not collect biometric identifiers (such as fingerprints or facial-recognition data), and we do not sell your personal information.

7.3 Deleting Your Account

You may delete your account and associated personal information at any time from within the app (Menu → Privacy & Your Data → Delete My Account), by following the steps at app.sunsupconstruction.com/account/delete, or by emailing office@sunsupconstruction.com. Some records (for example, payroll and certified-payroll records) must be retained for periods required by labor and tax law; we will delete or anonymize the remainder.

8. Children's Privacy

Our Service is not intended for children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us immediately.
